Cancelling a plan
Cancel, keep access until the period ends, and resume if you change your mind.
Cancelling is done by the team owner from the billing page, and it takes one click. There are no contracts and nobody to call.
Cancelling
- Open Settings, then Teams, choose the team and choose Manage billing.
- Choose Cancel plan and confirm.
The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, whether that is the end of the month or the end of the year. The billing page shows the date. When it arrives, the team moves to the Free plan.
What happens on the Free plan
Nothing is deleted. Every project, person and file stays where it is. The team is simply held to the Free limits from then on: you cannot add a project, invite someone or upload a file that would go over them until you free up room or subscribe again. See Plans and limits.
Changing your mind
Until the paid period ends, the billing page offers Resume plan. Choose it and the cancellation is undone; billing continues as before with no new checkout. After the period has ended, subscribe again from the same page.
Cancelling and deleting a team
Deleting a team does not cancel its plan. If you are closing a team down for good, cancel the plan first, then delete the team.
