I can't see a project

If a project you expected to see is missing from your dashboard, or a link to it shows a not-found page, one of these is almost always the reason.

You are looking at a different team

The dashboard shows one team at a time. Check the team name under yours in the header, and open your user menu and choose Teams to switch. Links to projects always include the team, so a shared link will switch you automatically.

You are a member and not assigned to it

Members see only the projects they are assigned to. Ask a team owner or admin to open the project, choose Manage members and add you. Owners and admins see every project, so if you are one of them, the project is not on this team.

It was deleted

Deleted projects are gone for good, along with their links. Check Activity: archiving a project is logged there with who did it.

It was renamed

A project's web address is built from its title, so an old link stops working after a rename. Find the project on the dashboard and use its new address.

You are signed in with a different account

If you have two accounts, one for work and one personal for example, the project may belong to the other one. Sign out and back in with the email address that was invited.
